MyPrideCollection has an online based printing service solution including designing templates, using standardized templates for creation of documents, cards, pamphlets, catalogues, newsletters, letter heads, momentous and providing printing facility either at the office of MyPrideCollection or its franchise outlets or at the users printer outlet and the delivery of the same through courier service to the user.
You specifically agree that the service provided would also include mailers relating to updating or advertisement or promotional ventures or mere administrative information and if not necessary you would not be able to opt out of the same.
User should monitor that there is no misuse of output which generated by MyPrideCollection, which is directly concerns with you (user).
You specifically agree that all and every new feature or additional services provided would be covered under the Terms of Service as above.
You agree that the service provided is on as is basis and no liability arises against MyPrideCollection in so far as the terms and conditions are duly followed by MyPrideCollection.
You agree and admit that third party service charges such as internet access charges and equipment's for access are to be borne by you directly.
You agree to comply with any recommendations or guidelines issued by MyPrideCollection with respect to the use of the Website and/or services.
You shall on your own ensure that all electronic or other media used in connection or in conjunction with the Website and the services provided complies with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations and rules.
You acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including, without limitation, the templates, software, data, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Satyam Hi-tech
You agree acknowledge and admit that the designing of the print requirements created online using MyPrideCollection templates are the property of Satyam Hi-tech and that your rights are limited to obtain print outs only.
Registration of your Details on the website is mandatory to utilize all or any services on the website whether priced or unpriced.
The Registration process would involve the revelation of your details and creation of user-id and password.
On completing the registration process you will be prompted to enter a password which should be a combination of numerals and letters with a symbol. It will be the responsibility of users to maintain the confidentiality of the password, user id and account details and the user is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password, user id or account.
In the event of loss of password or breach of security you will immediately notify MyPrideCollection of the same. Facility for retrieving your password / applying for fresh password will be intimated on the website.
You agree and ensure to exit your account by logging out at the end of each session after log in. MyPrideCollection cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for any and all activities which occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or any other breach of security known to you. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using or accessing your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other party as a result of someone else using or accessing your password or account. While uploading any file or folder you will ensure that the contents do not infringe any third parties rights and is virus or malware free.
You agree to by all laws prevailing in India and internationally. Franchise should agree with circular issued by MyPrideCollection.
Uploaded content should not include any malicious, abusive, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy and defamatory, or otherwise objectionable:
Users shouldn’t misuse the digital link or any output like text or image which is generated from the Website ( MyPrideCollection)
All terms and conditions are same applicable to users, company users (corporate user), franchises.
Do not impersonate any person or entity.
Do not misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Do not reveal confidential information to third parties.
Do not create documents for illegal activities.
Do not upload or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party

User does not obtain any right or claim to any or all of the design elements through your creation of a design and/or your incorporation of your logo/design into one or more Products.
User undertakes not to file any application for registration of the designed work or claim any rights therein detrimental to the interest of
User acknowledges and agrees that MyPrideCollection may in its sole and unfettered discretion, unilaterally and without notice, terminate these terms of use, disable and deny access to the user to the website and the services, and take legal action against any user who engages in any activity or conduct that is prohibited by these terms of use and/or by any relevant law, regulation or rule.
On the terms and conditions being complied with by the user shall allow user to access and use the Website and the services.
Reserves the right to modify the structure, content or any other aspect of the Website and/or the services, and may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website and/or the service at any time without notice or any liability to user or any person. On compliances of all requirements, grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content and the Products (the "License"). Licensed Products include (a) pre-designed electronic template documents that you may modify on our server prior to downloading (each a "Template Design"); and (b) electronic documents prepared by us for your download and customization and may be packaged with additional Content (c) logo designs, (d) print collateral materials ordered via the site; (e) digital marketing material; and (f) any other Products or services offered by MyPrideCollection. This License to use is limited to your use of the Products for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes. The License includes your right to download, display, store, copy or print a Product or supply or distribute a Product through any media now known but only for the uses permitted by these terms. However, at no time can the User sell / resell the design created with the online template / tools in any form.
Prices posted on this web site are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are subject to all Tax levied collected by the Central / State Government (SGST/CGST) and / or other local authorities in addition to Shipping or other ancillary charges that may apply.
All orders must be prepaid (100%) and delivery of the order will be made only upon the credit of our account with such payment.
All online payments are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Payments made through the online payment facility can only be made in and the minimum transaction value is Rs.300/-. In case the Transaction Value is less than Rs.300/-, the Company may in its sole discretion refuse the Order.
Your payment will normally update into our account to which you are making a payment in real time. In certain circumstances, there may however be a slight delay of 2 hours to 2 working days. Unless the payment is confirmed, it shall be deemed that no order has been received to the Company.
We do not accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you quoting an incorrect username and /or password;
We do not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier / bank for any reason.
If the card supplier / Bank declines payment, the Company is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You must check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account to have the ordered service satisfied by us.
Shall not be liable for any failure by the persons making payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.
In no event will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal obligations and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to place your job on hold or cancel your order, with a prior notice, if the credit card declines.
MyPrideCollection reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal, vulgar, and immoral or an infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights or any third party's right to the knowledge of MyPrideCollection. However, MyPrideCollection is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The user guarantees the legal title of all matter[s] submitted to MyPrideCollection for printing.
a. As customer will place an order, the order will not be processed further until it is not approved by MyPrideCollection
b. User can cancel the order till it is not approved, if the order is approved by MyPrideCollection Then user will no longer be able to cancel the order.
c. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must speak to MyPrideCollection representative or send an email to support@MyPrideCollection.Com to avoid any costs other than the above processing fees.
d. The reason for the approval stage is because, we ensure that the files uploaded by user are not inappropriate. Refer to USER RESTRICTION on TERMS AND CONDITIONS page.
a. There is no approval stage for non-customizable products.
b. User can cancel non-customizable products anytime.
If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must speak to MyPrideCollection representative or send an email to support@MyPrideCollection.com to avoid any costs other than the above processing fees.
Products would be delivered by our logistic partner to the delivery address that you provide or may be delivered electronically by download from the site. Where Products are delivered to you by means of logistic partner your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the invoice or otherwise set out in a delivery statement and if no delivery date is specified within a reasonable time of the date of the invoice or date of purchase unless there are exceptional circumstances. We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process only. Deliveries via independent courier and full tracking details are made available on request. It is stressed that any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries at the discretion of MyPrideCollection. Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight and according to the destination of the parcel.
Liability of MyPrideCollection at all times shall be limited only to the stated selling price to the customer of any proved defective goods.
MyprideCollection warrants that every product printed by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. The liability of any proved material defect is replacement of the defective material and no liability as to losses or damages of whatever manner of respect is incurable.
MyPrideCollection provides no warranty of any kind that a design created by use of this site will not infringe or be subject to the claim of infringing any trademark or other rights of another party. It is the user’s responsibility to determine whether any design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
MyPrideCollection makes no other warranty and no actions or words of MyPrideCollection or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty. For the sake of elaboration MyPrideCollection makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, your personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
Specifically MyPrideCollection shall in no event be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits or loss or damage in our logistic partner / improper packaging.
The user represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from MyPrideCollection. User agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified MyPrideCollection, its related companies, firms, affiliates, licensors and licensees, and its respective directors, officers, team members and agents, from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, awards, decretal amounts, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis without limitation) incurred or suffered, or likely to be incurred or suffered, by MyPrideCollection as a direct or indirect consequence of using this site or by wrongful acts of the user or any action based upon / alleging that the printing performed infringes intellectual property rights of third parties or contains matters that are libelous. Slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene.
It is the user's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. MyPrideCollection is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the user or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the user. It is specifically understood that MyPrideCollection does not maintain your work for longer than it takes to produce the final print.
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.
MyPrideCollection is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Cracks on Folds, Finished Product Size. MyPrideCollection does not make any changes on customer files.
MyPrideCollection will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered.
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, MyPrideCollection and the user will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the user acknowledges that MyPrideCollection has performed has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
MyPrideCollection shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor/ Franchisee without reference to the user.
We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order, issue credit, or process a refund at our discretion.
MyPrideCollection reserves its right to distribute free samples of your order. Your images will not be used in any national advertising without your prior consent.
MyPrideCollection adds 2% to all postage costs. This cost covers our credit card processing fee. This charge is only for postage due to profit margin of postage.
The entire contents of this website including but not restricted to templates, logos appearing on the website or any software are subject to copyright protection. You may not copy the contents of this website other than for non-commercial individual reference with all copyright or other proprietary notices retained, and thereafter the contents may not be recopied, reproduced or otherwise redistributed. Except as expressly provided above, you may not otherwise copy, display, download, distribute, modify, reproduce, republish or retransmit any information, text or documents or templates contained in this website or any portion thereof in any electronic medium or in hard copy, or create any derivative work based on such images, text or documents, without the express written consent of MyPrideCollection. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right under any patent or trademark or copyright of MyPrideCollection, its affiliates or any third party. It is specified that the User is not entitled to the templates utilized by the user for the print order but only entitled to the print out of the order, all amendments etc. to the order need to be made online utilizing the resources on MyPrideCollection.
All product names, whether or not appearing in large print or with the trademark symbol, are trademarks of MyPrideCollection, its affiliates, related companies or its licensors or joint venture partners, unless otherwise noted. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited and may be in violation of copyright law, trademark law, the law of slander and libel, the law of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. Please be advised that MyPrideCollection actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
At any time and with or without cause, MyPrideCollection may immediately terminate either these Terms of Use or any or all rights and privileges granted to user hereunder, including suspending user’s access to and/or use of the Website and /or the Services provided by MyPrideCollection. In no event shall any such termination or suspension by MyPrideCollection relieve user of any obligation that has accrued under these Terms of Use prior to the date of such termination or suspension.
(a) These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law in force for the time being in Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra, India (without regard to its conflict of law rules).
(b) Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panvel, Raigad and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts, with respect to any proceedings that may be brought at any time relating to these.
