Return and Replacement Policy

All items purchased on wwwMyPrideCollection.com can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all paperwork (including warranty cards, invoices, and so on), components, and accessories. "New and unused" implies the item has no scratches, markings, or imperfections, and it has not been sized or altered in any way.

To seek a refund for the product, please send an email to Support@MyPrideCollection.com along with your order number. Our Customer Care Executive team will evaluate, authorise, and handle the refund after receiving the merchandise.

Refund Policy

1. We will check the merchandise after it has arrived.
2. Following the inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
3. We will execute a refund to your original mode of payment once we have received clearance.
4. If you pay with a credit card, debit card, wallet, or net banking at the time of purchase, the complete amount of the goods will be reimbursed to the same means of payment.
5. We will reimburse the sum to the original form of payment (excluding COD) within 7 working days.
